Valrhona Chocolate

Valrhona French Chocolate was the first bean to bar chocolate that we stocked at our shop when we opened in 2000. Their superb 70% Guanaja bar which turned 30 in 2015 is renowned for its consistent taste and flavour - one of our best sellers at the shop across two decades. Thanks to their marvellous Marketing team, it's probably the best known of the bean to bar makers too and they have done so much to convert the world to how good chocolate can be. We're happy to have their bonbons in our loose chocolate cabinet too.
