Duffy’s Chocolate make tiny batches of chocolate from fine flavour cacao. They focus on finding rare beans from different countries - Panama, Nigeria, Grenada, Ecuador, Phillipines, Peru, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Venezuela - then the cocoa beans are roasted slowly and granite ground.
