Mikkel Friis-Holm, is a small batch chocolate maker who makes the finest quality bean to bar chocolate in Roskilde, Denmark. We are delighted to be the first stockists of this outstanding chocolate in Ireland. Like the other chocolate makers in our fine chocolate range, Friis-Holm source their cacao beans directly from the farmer and are committed to ethical practices in order to ensure the sustainability of quality, fine flavoured cacao.
