Benoit Lorge is a French chocolatier who has made his home in Bonane, Kenmare, Co Kerry. He says he takes his inspiration from the beauty of the lake and the surrounding mountains as he makes his luxury chocolate confections - we’re also delighted to serve his truffles and bonbons in our loose chocolates cabinet all year round.
