Cacaosuyo Cuzco 80 80% Dark Chocolate, 70g

An 80% chocolate bar that is sweet!

Made using beans from the lower parts of the Cuzco region in Peru, where there is a rich jungle full of native cocoa varieties. For this bar, Cacaosuyo select the beans that are mild, flavourful and almost sweet. A little sugar compliments the cocoa nicely.

This bar won a pair of prestigious awards in the International Chocolate Awards 2020-21:

• Best in Competition, world single origin dark chocolate;
• Gold, world plain single origin dark chocolate;

Produced in a factory that also processes milk and nuts, but otherwise contains only two ingredients: cocoa beans and sugar.
