Krak Chocolade

Dutch Chocolatier, founded by Mark Schimmel in 2013. Beginning his career in 3 star Michelin restaurants as a pastry chef, Mark developed a passion for chocolate and this led to the foundation of Krak Chocolade. His style is to stay as close as possible to the flavour profile of origin and to accentuate what makes the cocoa bean unique. We discovered Krak chocolate during a trip to Amsterdam in 2020, and are delighted to be able to bring this fine Bean-to-bar chocolate to the Irish market.
