70% Chocolate Bar made with the rare criollo Porcelana from the Hacienda San Jose. Ocumare 77 is the genetical name of the cocoa variety. it's very important because for Domori every Criollo is produced using just one single cacao variety. The rarity of cultivation makes it a highly precious cacao.

Domori Tasting notes: apricot jam, cream and dried fruit. Excellent roundness & persistence, with low acidity and bitterness.
