A firm favourite 70% chocolate - this bar is made from a blend of Forastero, Trinitario and Criollo cocoa beans. The taste is a little bitter, yet full of warm floral notes with an exceptionally long finish.
This chocolate is also available in a gift tin, with grue (cocoa nibs) and as cooking drops.
The bar takes its name from the island of Guanaja in the Caribbean where Christopher Columbus landed in 1502.
