Using organic Criollo beans from the Sambirano valley in Madagascar and a lot of cocoa butter, this bar is not as bitter as you would expect. Fresh nose, slightly minty and fruity - the taste and flavour pleasantly surprises everyone which is probably why it's a best-seller!
